Stress-Free Gluten-Free: As your gluten-free travel expert, I have confirmed AmaWaterways' celiac protocols, including separate preparation areas and a highly knowledgeable kitchen staff. Ship menus are safe, delicious, and designed to minimize cross-contamination worries. I will also be on board to personally advocate for your family, coordinating directly with the chef and kitchen staff to ensure the safest and most relaxing dining experience possible.
*As with any restaurant kitchen that is not 100% gluten free, AmaWaterways cannot guarantee absolutely no cross-contamination. However, I have never heard of anyone being glutened on their ships. They take all food allergies and dietary needs very seriously and do their absolute best to ensure a safe dining experience.
